How does TailorSmart work?

TailorSmart is your very own online tailoring service. Pick the fabrics and colours you like from a wide variety of options available. Schedule an appointment with the Master. Our Master visits your home or office with the selected fabrics at your convenient time. You can sample all the fabrics and select the one you like. Discuss your specific requirements with the master at length. Make payment online and sit back while our Masters (tailors) work on your design. We deliver your custom-fitted (fit) outfit at the specified address in 2 weeks time. That’s it!

What if I want to reschedule the appointment?

Simply call us on +91__________ or email us at hello@tailorsmart.in at least 24 hours before the scheduled home visit and we will get back to you at the earliest.

What if I want to change the address of the appointment?

Again, simply email the change in address at hello@tailorsmart.in or call us on +91__________ at least 24 hours before the scheduled home visit. We will confirm the change when we receive the request and inform the master accordingly.

What if I don’t like any of the fabrics at the time of home visit?

We will fix up another appointment as per your convenience and come back with the fabrics of your choice.

How can I give you references of the design I want?

If you have a specific design in mind that you would like to get stitched, you can share them with the master during the home visit. We would try to incorporate all your requirements to the best of our capabilities.

Where can I check my measurements?

Log on to TailorSmart.in and click on your profile page. All your measurements and requirements are recorded on your profile page.

How can I track the status of my order?

We will keep you notified on the status of your order via email or sms. If at any point you would like to get know the latest update on your order, you can either call us at _______ or email us at __________.

When do I know how much I have to pay?

At the time of picking of fabrics, we provide you a tentative range of charges you will incur for the style you have selected. The final amount will be conveyed when the fabric and the style is finalised post the tailor or master visit.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards for payment. Additionally, we also support payments from a range of mobile wallets.

What if the delivered garment doesn't fit me?

We take immense care that the delivered outfit meets the best of your expectations on fit and stitch quality and is as per your measurements. In the rare case that the garment doesn’t fit you on delivery, you can call us and let us know within 15 days of delivery. We will get the outfit altered for free.

I want to cancel my order.

Unfortunately, once you have made the online payment, we will not be able to cancel your order.

How can I get Refund ?

Since customer makes an informed choice and the attire made as per the size is not reusable there is NO refund possible.
